It’s never been easier to change supplier
The Competition Commission’s Order took effect on 13 April 2009 making it quick, easy and free for Domestic Bulk LPG users to change supplier every two years and seek out the most competitive price on the market:
• If you have been in your current contract for two years or more you are eligible to change supplier – even if your contract ties you in for longer.
• You don’t even need to change your tank – your existing supplier is obliged to sell the tank to your chosen supplier and at no cost to you.
• The whole process takes no longer than 28 days (average of 14 days to complete). You sign the Notice to Switch on day one and we handle the rest.
